Psychological supervision helps create a supportive and effective teaching environment, benefiting both teachers and their students. At Brimstone we recognise that teaching can be emotionally demanding.  When your team has access to psychological supervision it creates a space for teachers to discuss experiences, process events and receive support.  Studies have shown that access to psychological supervision can enhance teacher wellbeing (Yeh & Barrington, 2023), develops skills  and aids problem solving (Hurry & Russell, 2022), and ultimately leads to improved student outcomes (Newman, Guiney & Silva, 2017).
